멀티오믹스 및 혈액바이오마커(액체생검) 연구

​연구 내용

혈액을 이용한 순환 종양세포(CTC), 순환 종양 DNA(ctDNA), 엑소좀 miRNA 분석은 비침습적 방법으로, 암의 진단, 예후 예측, 치료 반응 모니터링에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 혈액 채취는 환자에게 부담이 적고 반복적인 채취가 가능하여 실시간 모니터링과 장기적인 추적 관찰이 용이합니다. 그러나 혈중 존재량이 적고 분리 기술에 따라 오류가 발생할 수 있다는 한계도 존재합니다. 본 연구실에서는 환자 혈액의 유전체 및 단백체 분석을 통해 후보 바이오마커를 선정하고, 이를 실험적으로 검증함으로써 새로운 바이오마커 발굴에 기여하고있습니다.
